I know of no research on oral sex and dentures. I’ve never heard of anyone complaining about performing oral because of them. I’ve also never heard of anyone complaining that a lover’s dentures caused a problem during oral play. So I’m guessing there are no significant problems, just as there’s no problem performing or receiving oral sex when one lover has braces. The only thing I’ve heard about oral and dentures is that when one or both people wear them, some lovers enjoy oral sex with dentures removed. There’s even a name for it–a gum job.
