Yes, you can enjoy recipient oral sex as soon as you’d like. The usual advice is to refrain from intercourse for four to six weeks to allow time for internal healing. But recipient oral is external, so internal healing is not an issue. About orgasms—doing a quick search of the medical literature and the Internet, I find no reason to refrain from orgasm. Enjoy oral play. BTW: most women report better sex after orgasm, especially if surgery was performed to eliminate large fibroids. But some women say they enjoy sex less after hysterectomy. So be aware that sex might feel more or less pleasurable or about the same.
