When I have sex doggie style, I make a sound like flatulence. Seems like it’s air coming from my vagina, not my bottom. What can I do to stop it?

It’s not gas. As you said, it’s air. There is no odor, and nothing to feel embarrassed about, though many women do. The common name is “vart,” from vaginal fart, but as I said, it’s not gas. Intercourse introduces some air into the vagina. In most positions, it enters and leaves unnoticed. But in doggie style rear entry intercourse, a little air pocket can form, and when the air escapes, it’s noisy. To prevent varts, have intercourse in other positions. And if it happens, I suggest laughing it off.
