I am unable to reach an orgasm, otherwise everything’s ok. I suffer with bi polar disorder and I imagine the medication I take doesn’t help. I am just wondering what advice you may have.

It’s quite possible that your medication interferes with orgasm. Many mood-altering drugs do, notably the Prozac family of SSRI antidepressants. If you take one, ask your doctor if you can be switched to Wellbutrin (bupropion). It’s as effective as the SSRIs but carries much less risk of sexual side effects.

Beyond that, I suggest you contact a member of the North America Society of Sexual Medicine. Its members are MDs with special training in sexual issues.

I wish you great sex and satisfying orgasms.
