I am 73. For 10 years, I’ve taken Amlopress AT to control the B.P. with the result that I developed erectile dysfunction.  I was advised to take Penigra 25 initially. Initially it worked wonder So I gradually it increased to 100 mg  & now I’ve stopped ejaculating too. Kindly help.

At age 73, most men have erection difficulties, even if they take no medication. But you take a blood pressure drug. Many blood pressure medications increase risk of ED. You might ask your prescribing physician to try you on other bp drugs in hopes of finding one with less erection impact.

You also take Penigra, which is the same drug as Viagra. I’m glad it’s working for you despite your bp drug.

And now you’ve developed orgasm/ejaculation trouble. This, too, often develops in older men, even if they’re not taking any medication, so based on the information you’ve supplied, I can’t tell if your medications are contributing to your situation.

For background on your e/o problem, I suggest you obtain a copy of my low-cost e-article Can’t Get There? Help for Men’s Orgasm/Ejaculation Problems. It comes with a money-back guarantee through PayPal so it’s risk-free.

My best advice: Consult a sexual medicine specialist. Most doctors don’t have much training in sexual medicine, and many write off sexual side effects in older adults because our culture denies elder sexuality. But sexual medicine specialists are doctors with advanced training in sexual issues. The link takes you to the consumer site of the North American Society of Sexual Medicine. I hope you can find someone in your area.

If not, then I suggest you consult a sex therapist, a psychotherapist with special training in sexual concerns. A sex therapist might know a doctor who can advise you. To find a sex therapist near you, visit the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists, the Society for Sex Therapy and Research, or the American Board of Sexology.

    I wish you great sex.
