I can’t guarantee that herbal erection aids are inexpensive and manufactured in the U.S., but there are a few that may help you:

The best one is any of the drugs derived from yohimbe, the bark of a West African tree long reputed to stiffen erections. These drugs are FDA-approved prescription medications sold under the brand names: Yohimbe, Testomar, Aphrodyne, and Erex. Ask your doctor for a prescription, and ask your pharmacist about price and whether they’re covered by your health insurer.

Korean studies have shown that ginseng also helps, but you have to use a high dose: 2,700 mg/day—900 mg with each meal.

A study in the Journal of Urology shows that ginkgo helps relieve ED caused by narrowed arteries in the penis. In the study, 60 men with ED caused by impaired penile blood flow were instructed to take ginkgo (60 mg/day). After 12 months, half reported erection improvement.

You can buy these herbs at health food stores and herb shops. You can also buy any number of “male potency” formulas, combinations of herbs with reputed benefits. However, such formulas may not contain enough of their herbal ingredients to have much, if any, effect. You’ll have to experiment with products and dosage.

For best results, I suggest you try yohimbe medications.

    I hope this helps.
