How can I stop my masturbation? It’s been 10 years! Does masturbation prevent having children?

Why stop? You say you’ve been stroking for 10 years. That’s fine. It causes no harm. Plenty of men in their 60s and 70s have masturbated frequently, even daily, for 40+ years, much longer than you have, and show no ill effects. They’re fine, and quite likely so are you.

You seem to fear that masturbation might keep you from having children. If stroking affected men’s fertility, we’d have A LOT fewer people on Earth. It takes around 3 months for baby sperm cells to mature into cells that can fertilize eggs. When you feel ready to make a baby, you might consider cutting back on self-sexing a bit for 12 weeks or so. It might increase your sperm count. But masturbation usually doesn’t interfere with impregnation.

I wish you great sex and happy masturbation.
