I am 66+ with great desire for sex 24×7. I consume a pill (Manforce) for erection (one hour before the session). My wife (63+) mostly cooperates with my sex need. We do it daily or every other day (sometimes twice on Sundays)    If at work or in society I see some big-boob ladies, I get stimulated and run home for sex with my wife (after secretly consuming a Manforce tablet). I have mild diabetes and hypertension but they are under control with medicines (no insulin injections). Otherwise I am healthy and active. I can’t live without regular sex. I’d appreciate your advice about my sexual frequency, and whether there is any side effect of Manforce, which I have been using for last 5 years. Grateful thanks.

Manforce is one brand name for Viagra in India. Viagra (sildenafil) is considered safe long-term as long as you don’t take it with nitrate medications (nitroglycerin for angina, or amyl nitrate, a party drug). Viagra combined with nitrate drugs can be fatal.

Regarding your sexual frequency: There’s no normal amount of sex, just what the couple decides. Plenty of men over 60 want sex daily. Most combine partner sex with masturbation. You say your wife “mostly cooperates” with daily or every-other-day sex. Consider yourself lucky. Please be aware that your wife may not fully embrace your frequency and may feel resentment about your demands. If so, you might back off somewhat. You can always have sex with yourself.

    I wish you great sex.
