My penis curves to the right about 20 degrees. I don’t feel any pain flaccid or erect. But I’m worried about it.

It’s normal to have a penis that curves somewhat to one side. The two signs of trouble are that it hurts, and that the curve is so pronounced that intercourse becomes difficult or impossible. You say yours doesn’t cause pain and that the curve is around 20%, which shouldn’t interfere with intercourse. So you sound fine to me. But I’m not a doctor and I haven’t examined you. If you’re still worried, I suggest consulting a physician.
Why do some men have curved penises? Usually the reason is that during prenatal development a little extra fibrous tissue forms on one side. It’s similar to having two feet that aren’t quite the same size, or women having two different size breasts. It happens. And it’s usually nothing to worry about. But like I said, if you’re anxious, see a doctor.
