Hello sir. I am m Amir from Pakistan. I hope you are well. sir . I am a 34-year-old man and I have had a sexual problem for the last 10 years. I am not able to get any orgasm or pleasure during intercourse. I don’t have any diseases. I’m not fat. And no ED. I can have sex every single night but I feel numb in my penis and have no sex pleasure. I have consulted many specialist doctors—psychiatrists, hormone specialists, sex specialists.  They have given me different medicines but none have been effective. My testosterone level 4.3 and normal range is 3 to 8 so I’m within the normal range. Meanwhile, I  suffer. So kindly advised me that how can I solve this problem.

You were right to consult doctors about your situation. Now you know you’re healthy with normal testosterone.

In healthy men who have trouble with orgasm and pleasure, the issue often involves the way the sex unfolds—with not enough mutual whole-body massage before intercourse. How long do you spend kissing, hugging, cuddling, and running your hands all over each other before you insert your penis? If it’s less than around 30 minutes, I would urge you to extend your foreplay.

I also urge you to relax deeply before sex. Take a hot shower. Practice meditative deep breathing. Problems with orgasm often resolve with deeper relaxation before sex.
