Young couple hugging while lying in bed in the morning

Sometimes during oral sex after my man ejaculates, if I keep going, something very sour and bitter comes out. What is that and why does it happen?? Is it urine?? Almost feels like a second orgasm but it’s not semen.

It’s NOT urine. There’s a valve in the penis activated by erection. With the penis flaccid, urine flows, but not semen. With the penis erect, the valve engages and semen flows but not urine.

Regarding why the taste of his semen changes toward the end of his ejaculations, I’m not sure. I’ve never heard of this before, and I’ve been answering sex questions for 45 years. I’m not disputing your observations, just saying I don’t know.

It’s possible that his diet/lifestyle may be involved. Many women say the taste of semen becomes unpleasant when men smoke tobacco or eat lots of meat. They also say semen gets sweeter as men eat more fruit, especially pineapple.

For a more definitive answer, I suggest your man tells his doctor or a urologist about your observations, and requests a semen analysis. If anything is unusual about his semen, it should show up in the analysis. If the report comes back totally normal and fine, then it’s probably an individual difference, and you might consider terminating your sucking after the first few spurts.

    I wish you great sex.
