I am 77 years young who had cyberknife radiation surgery for prostate cancer 12 years ago. Although my wife and I enjoyed mutual masturbation since that time (intercourse was increasingly more difficult), I have found that reaching orgasm has become increasingly more difficult until it has become very difficult or just about impossible.
