Man sulking

Sir, my age is 27 years. I used to be 6.2 inches at the age of 25. But it’s now it’s reduced to 5.4. Is this normal? Can I get my size back. I’m an occasional smoker and not a vegetable lover.

    Penises don’t shrink spontaneously.

One reason this might have happened is that you’ve become very worried about your little friend. Anxiety triggers the fight-or-flight reflex that sends blood away from the central body, including the penis, out to the limbs for combat or escape. When less blood is available to the penis, it shrinks. Suggestion #1: Stop worrying about it. Throw away the ruler. Stop measuring. The more you obsess, the smaller it’s likely to get.

Suggestion #2: Quit smoking entirely. Even occasional smoking damages the arteries, including the ones that carry blood into the penis. The more you smoke, the more damaged your arteries become, so they carry less blood. And when they bring less blood into the penis, it shrinks.

Suggestion #3. You say you’re not a vegetable lover. Are they ANY you like? I ask because fruits and vegetables contain antioxidant nutrients that help keep the arteries healthy. The more fruits and vegetables you eat, the more blood flows through your arteries, and the larger your penis becomes. If you don’t like veggies, focus on fruit.
