Unhappy latino couple in bed

I get it up but occasionally have a problem keeping it up and putting it into her vagina! I have better luck with her blow jobs almost always cum! Tried all the hype. What works?

  • Michael Castleman says:

Occasional erection problems may be caused by:
    • Aging. You didn’t mention your age. After 45 or so (younger for smokers), once-firm erections start to become iffy for many men.
    • Alcohol. It’s the world’s #1 erection killer. If you have more than one drink within an hour of sex, that might be the cause.
    • Smoking. It damages the arteries, including those that carry blood into the penis. Less blood flowing through the penis means softer erections or erection loss.
    • Diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. They all narrow the arteries.
    • Stress. Erection problems are stressful. Stress narrows the arteries. Worrying about erection loss makes it more likely.

What to do? You can’t stop aging, but if you have any of the other risk factors above, adopting a healthier lifestyle may revive things between your legs. Don’t make love drunk, better yet, don’t drink within an hour or two of sex. If you smoke, ask your doctor for help quitting. Learn the risk factors for diabetes and the other conditions listed above. Do your best to eliminate them. And incorporate a stress-management regimen into your life. Effective approaches include: meditation, yoga, tai chi, gardening, dance, or 30-60 daily minutes of any moderate exercise.

You might also consider asking your doctor for erection medication. If so, get a prescription. Don’t buy erection drugs on the Internet. Internet erection drugs are often useless counterfeits.
