The store where I buy vitamins has tons of formulas that hype better, hotter, longer-lasting sex. I guess they are supposedly aphrodisiacs. They contain things like ginseng, maca, yohimbe, and other herbs and vitamins and things I’ve never heard of. Do they work? Are they worth the money?

Until about 20 years ago, scientists scoffed at the very idea of aphrodisiacs. But since then, researchers have discovered that many traditional sex-stimulants, among them, ginseng, maca, and yohimbe, stimulate more than just the imagination. I can’t go into great detail here, but my extensive article on Aphrodisiacs does. It summarizes the latest research on the pro-sexual effects of the herbs you mentioned and many other purported sex stimulants as well. Check it out.
