Forget exercises. They don’t cure PE. And the drugs don’t cure it either. They help you last a bit longer, but don’t teach you what you need to learn—reliable, confident ejaculatory control. To learn solid, lifelong control, read my e-booklet, The Cure for Premature Ejaculation. It presents the program sex therapists have developed to teach men this skill. The program is pretty simple. It requires a bit of tinkering with how you make love, but it’s fun, and not only will you last longer, but your wife will probably enjoy sex more, too.
