Hi Michael, I was hoping you could give me your opinion. I suffer with premature ejaculation and have since I was 13 (now 30). It gets me really depressed as I want to be able to have longer penetrative sex with my wife. I am starting to think the problem could stem from all the pornography I’ve watched/watch over the years. You wouldn’t believe me but I’ve searched the Internet loads trying to find the solution to my problem. Could the problem be due to viewing pornography? I appreciate and look forward to your reply.

Viewing porn is NOT a cause of premature ejaculation. PE is a bad habit learned by most men when they’re young and inexperienced with sex. Fortunately, it’s a habit that can be unlearned fairly quickly. You CAN last longer, especially if your wife supports the effort and helps you with the effective sex-therapy program discussed in my e-booklet, The Cure for Premature Ejaculation. I suggest that you purchase a copy and over a few months work through the program with your wife’s help. If it doesn’t help, I’ll gladly refund your money.
