Woman feeling lonely with husband in bed

I am 46 and have had premature ejacualtion all my life. I’m finally ready to fix it. What are my options for a quick cure, if any at all? My wife and I would greatly appreciate it. Can anyone be cured? Thank you.

Can anyone be cured of PE? Well, not everyone, but around 90 percent of men can learn good, solid ejaculatory control within a few months using a self-help version of the program sex therapists use to treat it. The program is presented in my e-booklet, The Cure for Premature Ejaculation. It should do the trick.

In the unlikely event that the e-booklet doesn’t provide sufficient relief, then I’d suggest sex therapy. To find a sex therapist near you, visit the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists, the Society for Sex Therapy and Research, or the American Board of Sexology.

You say your wife would really appreciate getting you cured. In my experience, when women say this, they mean that they will feel relieved when their man no longer beats himself up for lack of ejaculatory control. They don’t necessarily mean that they want intercourse to last for hours. Most women enjoy intercourse, but I hope you understand that the old in-out is not the key to women’s sexual satisfaction and orgasm. Women’s pleasure organ is not the vagina, but the clitoris, the little nub that sits a couple inches above the vaginal opening beneath the upper junction of the vaginal lips. The clitoris gets some stimulation during intercourse, bu for most women, not enough to produce orgasm. To come, most women need gentle, direct, extended clitoral stimulation with fingers, tongue, or vibrator. Good luck gaining ejaculatory control. You CAN last as long as you’d like.
