After doing research, it seems my partner has Delayed Ejaculation. Sometimes he does not ejaculate at all. Can you suggest causes/treatments/therapists in the San Francisco Bay Area/Peninsula?

Delayed ejaculation/non-ejaculation is the men’s sex problem that gets the least publicity, but it’s fairly common. Sexologists estimate that around 10 percent of men have it at some point in life. Possible causes include excessive masturbation, aging, overuse of alcohol, depression, taking antidepressants, taking any of dozens of other mostly prescription drugs, or caring more about the woman’s erotic pleasure than the man’s own. For more on causes, read my low-cost article, Ejaculation and Orgasm Problems: Can’t Get There?
If the article does not provide sufficient relief, a short course of sex therapy usually does. To find a sex therapist in the SF Bay Area, visit the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists, the Society for Sex Therapy and Research, or the American Board of Sexology.
Best of luck with this.
