It’s a matter of opinion. Some people define a “virgin” as a person who has not had vaginal intercourse. If that’s your definition, then you’re still a virgin after being vaginally fingered, or receiving or providing oral sex, or even anal sex.
Other people define “virginity” as having had no genital sex. Using that definition, fingering equals deflowering because it involves genital play.
It’s really up to you, depending on how you define the term “virgin.”
