Almost certainly not. To become infected with HIV, your partner must be infected. Was your partner infected? Even if your partner has HIV, condoms, when used correctly, provide almost 100 percent protection. You used a condom. They’re easy to use, so I’ll presume you used it properly. Even if your partner was infected, with a condom, the chance of your contracting HIV is tiny. As for the burning sensation you feel, that’s not unusual after genital shaving, especially if it’s the first time you’ve shaved your scrotum. My advice: Try not to worry.
