Your husband needs to tell you what he has in mind, maybe specifically, or maybe just in general, but he needs to tell you what about the nurse-patient fantasy turns him on. Typically, medical fantasies involve intimate “examinations,” but maybe your husband wants something else. He needs to tell you. Now some people like to be surprised. If that’s the case, your husband should jot down a few possible scenarios, and let you decide which one(s) to enact. But those who ask for fantasy role play have a responsibility to be clear about what they have in mind.
