black couple in bed

I understand there is a lot of nuance surrounding the female orgasm, but in my experience, and from research online, there seems to be only one way to tell if the big O is being achieved for a lady, and that is, the display of involuntary, rhythmic, pelvic floor contractions that happen during the release part of the orgasm. About 5-15 in fact, that are clearly visible in the anus and outer portion of the vagina. Here’s my issue, I’ve heard other women, including my current gf, say that they rarely if ever experience this, yet they claim to have had orgasms all the time. I think there is a fair deal of confusion for women and men about female orgasms, and I’d really like to know if I’m one of them, as id like to ensure that my partner experiences all the pleasure she can. Should the goal be to trigger those contractions? Thanks!

You’re right: Most orgasms—both women’s and men’s—involve involuntary, rhythmic, pelvic-floor muscle contractions, usually with gasping and convulsive body spasms. But not all. Everyone is sexually unique and so are their orgasms. Many people don’t have “typical” Os. Your girlfriend is apparently one of them. The issue for you is not how most women come, but how your gf climaxes. The best way to become familiar with her way is to request that she allow you to watch as she come solo by hand, vibrator, shower-massager, or whatever she enjoys. If she’s willing, you’ll see the kind of genital/clitoral touch that turns her on, how she works up to orgasm, and her own unique way of expressing her release. The bird’s eye view should help you fine-tune your lovemaking so you both enjoy maximum pleasure.

    I wish you great sex.
