In sex as in life, it’s often quite difficult to “get” anyone to do anything. I don’t know what you’re posting on OnlyFans, nor do I know you or this hot wife, so I can’t give much meaningful advice. That said, sites like OF attract a great deal of “window shopping,” folks who flit here and there looking for cheap thrills, who may or may not be interested in any longer term affiliation with you or anyone else. So I suggest you work at being more creative with your posts. If you intrigue her more, perhaps this hot wife might visit more and post more. My 2 cents….
