Can a young man 30 years old have sex with someone who’s  65?

Yes. Why not? You’re both adults and if you’d like to make love, you can.

However, if your prospective partner is a woman, please understand that she’s post-menopausal. She probably does not produce enough natural vaginal lubrication for comfortable vaginal intercourse. To remedy this, use plenty of some other lubricant—a commercial lube like Astroglide or vegetable oil. In addition, sex for the over-60 set is less exuberant than it is for people who are 30. It’s less the 4th of July and more like Thanksgiving. Fewer fireworks but more depth of emotion. Keep that in mind and take things nice and slow and mellow and affectionate with lots of kissing, hugging, mutual caresses, and mutual massage before you initiate intercourse. And when you do, ask her if she’s ready for it. If not, continue mutual caressing until she affirms that she is.
