Young woman holding a condom embracing a young man from behind

I usually ejaculate less than 5 minutes, but I last longer than that when I use a condom. Is this normal?

  • Michael Castleman says:

Apparently, you believe the old myth that condoms dull the penis’ sensitivity. And apparently you also believe the myth that reducing sensitivity helps you last longer. Actually, condoms are only .0001 inches thick and don’t particularly dull sensitivity, and you don’t have to reduce sensitivity to last as long as you wish.

Premature ejaculation is usually a bad habit developed during men’s teens and early twenties. The young male nervous system is highly excitable. It doesn’t take much penis fondling to trigger ejaculation. But bad habits can be changed, and compared with challenges like weight loss or quitting smoking, PE isn’t all that difficult to cure. Sex therapists estimate that around 90 percent of men can cure it in a few months, with or without a steady partner. Over the past 60 years, sex therapists have developed a program that cures PE for good without condoms and without drugs. I present a self-help version of this program in my low-cost e-booklet, The Cure for Premature Ejaculation. Check it out.

And on the off chance that the e-booklet doesn’t provide sufficient benefit, contact me again, and I can tell you how to find a sex therapist near you.
