Most women into swinging label themselves bi-curious implying they would at least welcome some mutual touching or feeling. What percentage of women are into swinging to meet women first and men second?

Sorry, I don’t know the proportion of women into swinging who want to meet women first and men second. I’m not aware of any research that teases this out.
However, you are correct. Many women into swinging, not all but many, consider themselves bi-curious. Women into swinging are highly sexual and enjoy lots of kissing, caressing, and massage in addition to genital play—and that often translates into enjoying at least some play with women, hence the bi-curious identification. But the swing scene is overwhelmingly heterosexual in orientation, with some of the women also playing with women on occasion. As I understand it, women who are seriously bi or lesbian generally do not use the swing scene as a port of entry. They typically are more interested in bi and lesbian sites, groups, and gathering places.
