I have enjoyed masturbating while self administering enemas (2+ quarts). Am I the only one? If not, how often is this technique used, and how many men admit to using this for sexual pleasure? I know it is a great turn on for many.

I know of no research suggesting the number of people who combine self-sexing with enema play. But if you discovered it and found it pleasurable, it’s virtually certain that many others have, too.
Enemas are safe, but if used very frequently, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting are possible. If you experience any of those, I’d cut back. If not, enjoy yourself.
