Doggie style intercourse allows the penis to penetrate more deeply than any other position. Sometimes it bangs into the woman’s cervix, which can cause pain. Tell her you’re absolutely committed to pain-free sex, that if she feels any pain to say so and everything stops. She’s on her hands and knees and you’re behind her. Position the head of your penis at the entrance to her vagina, then remain still. Don’t you move. Invite her to move back onto your erection. Invite her to explore various depths of insertion. Chances are that only very deep penetration will cause her any pain. She can tell you when she starts to feel uncomfortable. Then you look down and see how deeply you’re inside her. That’s your limit. Don’t push into her beyond that. In fact, don’t even insert that far, allow a little margin for error.
