Yes. No matter what your age, no matter if you can become erect or not, and not matter what sexual philosophy you embrace, it’s quite possible to enjoy self-pleasuring. You may not get very firm. You may not be able to work up to orgasm. And if you do, you may not produce a noticeable amount of semen, but you can still experience pleasure from solo sex.
