As you have written, vagina quickly gets normal tightness after sometime of having sex, but my wife still has loose vagina 20 hours after sex with me. Does it mean she has had sex with someone else after lovemaking with me. Please resolve my doubt.

I have no idea if your wife is faithful to you. But I urge you not to use the perceived tightness or looseness of her vagina as any indication one way or the other. Different women have differing pelvic anatomies. Some are naturally tighter/looser than others. In addition, perceived tightness/looseness is governed to some extent by the strength (tone) of the woman’s pelvic floor muscles. If these muscles are well toned, her vagina feels tighter than if these muscles are out of condition.

Shortly after intercourse, the vagina returns to its resting state, with its smooth muscle tissue tightly folded. So if she feels loose long after sex with you, I’m guessing the cause is poor pelvic muscle tone. If she did Kegel exercises a few times a day, in a few months, she’d probably feel tighter–and enjoy stronger orgasms too. To learn Kegel exercises, read my article.
