Ok I’m. 13 and me and my boyfriend just had sex and it hurt ALOT! So when will it start feeling good or better? I do not want to have painful sex!

I’m not surprised that sex caused you pain. Young teens rarely know enough about lovemaking to enjoy pain-free sex, let alone really pleasurable lovemaking.

The long answer to your question is: Read my book, Sizzling Sex. I’m confident that after you and your boyfriend read it (ideally together), you’ll learn how to enjoy pain-free, in fact, very pleasurable sex. If you have access to a credit card, you can buy it online. If not, any bookstore can order it for you.

The short answer is: Follow these steps:

    1. Kiss, hug, and touch each other all over (not just your breasts and between the legs) for at least 30 minutes before attempting intercourse. Do this SLOWLY. Savor mutual touch. While doing this, breathe deeply.

    2. After at least a half hour of nongenital touching, you may touch each other between the legs. But do this slowly, gently, and lovingly, while continuing to breathe deeply. For the most pleasure, use a lubricant. Sexual lubricants are available at drug stores, usually near the condoms. Place some lube on hour hands before you touch his penis and before he touches your vulva/vagina. Caress each others’ lubricated genitals for at least 10 minutes before attempting intercourse.

    3. After at least 10 minutes of well-lubricated hand jobs, you might try oral sex for a while. Take turns giving this special gift to each other.

    4. YOU should decide when to have intercourse, not your boyfriend. When you feel ready, make sure he’s wearing a condom. Then he should lie on his back, and lie still. You straddle his hips. Reach down and guide his erection into you as you slowly sit down. When your vagina is well lubricated and receptive from sensual play, and when you’re in control of the speed and depth and insertion, you’re much less likely to feel any discomfort or pain. Once you’ve sat down on him and his penis is deep inside you, then he can begin to move gently.

Good luck. And as I mentioned, you’ll probably find a great deal of useful information in my book, or The Info Library
