You’re not alone. Premature ejaculation is men’s most common sex problem. Fortunately, in the vast majority of cases, it can be cured in a few months (with your partner’s help) using a simple, self-help program developed by leading sex therapists. That’s right, in just a few months, chances are excellent that you can learn to last as long as you’d like. The program is outlined in the article Premature Ejaculation: The Simple, Self-Help Program That Teaches Men to Last As Long As They’d Like.

There is a possibly quick an easy solution to your problem with premature ejaculation. The class of antidepressant drugs known as SSRI’s (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors), while effective in treating depression, are notorious for causing reduced libido and ejaculation as a side effect.

Some doctors are now prescribing SSRI’s (at doses lower than what would be used to treat depression) specifically FOR the sexual side effects. Ask your doctor if he will consider this option. I have a friend who had a problem with popping his cork too quickly, and he’s ecstatic with the results he’s gotten from low doses of SSRI’s (his was Prozac, but they all are known for sexual side effects) – he claims it has increased his staying power by an order of magnitude before the party’s over.

Even better, many of the SSRI’s have been around long enough to go generic and are now dirt cheap. Several are on the $4 prescription lists (for a 1-month supply) that Wal-Mart and some other pharmacies provide. You can stay much longer in the saddle, and it won’t cost much at all!
