I am 22 years old and a virgin. My period got over yesterday. I did some sex exercises for the first time today and bled after the intimate exercises (which wasn’t sex). Why did this happen?

I’m not sure what you mean by “sex exercises.” Kegels? Masturbation? Insertion of dildos or vibrators? But whatever you’re doing, if you’re bleeding, I urge you to consult your doctor or gynecologist. Spotting between periods should be evaluated by a physician.
