I guess that depends on what you mean by “satisfying.”
Yes, men of any age including those over 80 can be sexual. They can engage in solo sex. If they have partners, they can play with them. And they can use sex toys.
But even with the drugs, many men over 80 can’t raise erections sufficient for intercourse. However, they can enjoy giving and receiving whole-body massage and oral sex, which is how most older people make love.
