With one exception, no, a thick erection does not permanently loosen the vagina.
The vagina is rather like the mouth. Try this: insert your two index fingers into the corners of your mouth and pull out towards your ears. You mouth stretches. Hold the stretch for a few minutes, then let go. What happens? Your mouth returns to its usual pre-stretched shape. If you do that daily, you get the same result.
Most intercourse doesn’t last more than a few minutes, and even with a thick penis, after intercourse the vagina returns to its regular shape and tightness/looseness.
The one exception has to do with women who deliver children after around age 30, especially more than one child. Babies are about the size of large cantaloupes, much much larger than even the largest, thickest penis. And after around 30 the musculature and connective tissues that maintain vaginal shape may lose some tone, which is why some post-30 new moms complain of permanent loosening after delivery.
