No, tight underwear has absolutely no effect on penis size. Wearing gloves doesn’t limit finger size, and tight underwear doesn’t impact penis size.
However, compared with boxer shorts, tight underwear holds the testicles closer to the body, which heats them, and may reduce sperm count. So if you’re trying to conceive and having difficultly, switch to boxers until she’s pregnant.
