My wife always gets up right after I come inside of her and fill her vagina with semen. She goes to the bathroom to wipe off. I feel she is rejecting me. I’d like her to stay afterwards and cuddle. Am I wrong to feel this way?

I can’t tell you what to feel. But I’ve never felt rejected when women wipe up after I’ve deposited semen inside them, any more than they have felt rejected when, in the middle of an intimate conversation, I excuse myself to pee.
My suggestion: Place a box of tissues on the nightstand next to your bed and a waste basket nearby. Ask her to wipe up while staying in bed with you. That way, she’s free to clean up, and she stays in bed with you.
If she is adamant that she absolutely must go to the bathroom, please respect that. She’s not rejecting you. Just being fastidious in her personal habits. After she’s done, invite her to rejoin you in bed.
