When I ejaculate, the semen has no pressure. It just dribbles out. I am 44. Is there a way to increase the force of my ejaculation? I want it to squirt like it did in my twenties. Am I dreaming?

You’re not dreaming. You can enjoy more forceful ejaculations. Maybe not to where it was 20 years ago, but I think you’ll notice improvement.

Ejaculatory force depends on the strength of the pelvic floor muscles, the ones that run between the legs, notably one called the PC. These muscles contract during ejaculation, propelling semen out of the body and producing the sensations of orgasm. As the years pass, the PC weakens, which is why your ejaculations are not as forceful as they used to be. But it’s not difficult to strengthen this muscle. Just do Kegel exercises.

Kegels boil down to clenching the muscles you use to squeeze out the last drops of urine. You should also feel clenching around your anus. Do Kegels in sets of five or ten. Start with 50 squeezes a day and over a few months, build up to 200 or 300. Don’t do too many too quickly, or you’ll feel sore. Give it about four to six months and dribbling should turn into noticeably more squirting.

In addition, as the PC becomes stronger, you should enjoy more intense, more pleasurable orgasms. I suggest you read the article Kegel Exercises: More Pleasurable Orgasms.
