This video is informative and enjoyable, but it neglects to mention WHY men are more likely to orgasm during heterodox than women, and WHY lesbian women are more reliably orgasmic than heterosexual women. In a word, cunnilingus, also known as oral sex, going down, giving head, and eating pussy.
Mistaken Male Beliefs
Men mistakenly believe that women are as likely to have orgasms during intercourse as men. However, a great deal of research shows that only around 25 percent of women are consistently orgasmic during heterosexual vaginal intercourse. The reason is that women’s orgasm organ, the clitoris, sits outside the vagina and above it nestled into the top junction of the vaginal lips. Intercourse provides only indirect clitoral stimulation, so only one-quarter of women are consistently orgasmic during intercourse. Women are much more likely to come from direct clitoral stimulation—clitoral massage and especially oral sex. But men don’t consistently provide cunnilingus. Surveys asking people to describe exactly what happened during their last sexual interlude show that only around one-third of men provided oral. Meanwhile, lesbian couples are much more likely to share cunnilingus, which is why lesbians are more consistently orgasmic. (Heterosexual women’s faking orgasm during intercourse contributes to men’s miseducation about the importance of cunnilingus to women’s erotic satisfaction.)
So while it’s interesting to learn that women’s orgasms last longer than men’s, this video should encourage men to provide gentle, playful, extended cunnilingus every time. The video neglected that, so I’m emphasizing it.
Keep this in mind while you watch… Enjoy!
